Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
